The Slant is directly inspired by the legendary 1950s Otto Link Slant Signature mouthpieces, renowned for their dark, flexible and deeply musical character.
Its large vintage-style chamber and very soft rollover baffle produce a broad, warm and organic tone with a woody texture reminiscent of the classic sounds of Stan Getz, Warne Marsh and Mark Turner.

The mouthpiece develops a unique harmonic richness: lows remain wide and velvety, the midrange sings effortlessly, while the upper register stays smooth and elegant without ever becoming harsh.

Individually finished and tested
Each Slant is handcrafted in our workshop in the South-West of France and individually adjusted, refaced and tested before shipping.

The design process is based on extensive study of authentic vintage Otto Link Slant Signature mouthpieces in order to recreate their unique acoustic balance, flexibility and characteristic airflow.
Every detail is carefully refined: facing curve, chamber, baffle, rails and table.
The premium hard rubber used provides excellent stability, comfort and acoustic response.
