2. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of products (saxophone mouthpieces, accessories, refacing and repair services) made via the website www.lesbecsdautan.com, to both individual and professional customers.

3. Products

Each product is described with precision (material, finish, tip opening, compatibility). Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT included).
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before order confirmation.
The manufacturer reserves the right to change prices at any time, while guaranteeing the customer the price displayed at the time of order.

5. Order

The customer selects the desired products, adds them to the cart, and confirms the order after accepting these General Terms and Conditions.
The order is only final after full payment has been received.

6. Payment

Accepted payment methods:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
• PayPal
• Bank transfer (upon request)

Payments are secured by our service providers.

7. Delivery

Areas served: Metropolitan France, European Union, and international.

Delivery methods: Colissimo tracked, UPS, or DHL, depending on the destination.

Estimated delivery times: 2 to 5 business days for France, 5 to 10 days for international deliveries.

Shipping costs: indicated before order confirmation.

In case of delay, the buyer is invited to contact Les Becs d’Autan to track the package.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Since the mouthpieces offered on the site are custom-made (choice of tip opening, finish, etc.), they cannot be returned or refunded under the right of withdrawal.

However, if the delivered product has a manufacturing defect or does not conform to the order, the customer is of course covered by the legal guarantees (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

9. Warranty

Our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Article 1641 of the French Civil Code).

10. Liability

Les Becs d’Autan cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the product.

11. Personal Data

Collected data (name, address, email) is used solely for order processing and is never resold.
In accordance with GDPR, customers may exercise their rights of access, rectification, and deletion by writing to contact@lesbecsdautan.com.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the company’s head office.
